Shu Qi declares the Cannes 2007 Festival open

OK this might be a bit late but I’m getting high on this. Shu Qi was at Cannes 2007 and she was a part of the opening of the festival, onstage, declaring both in Mandarin and English - “I now declare the 60th festival of Cannes open“.
