In a recent interview done by the Malaysian New Strait Times, Shu Qi says she is not officially seeing anyone, is quite happy to be single right now, and is not in a rush to be in a relationship. She also disproves all rumours and gossip linking her again to Ekin Cheng, and attributes those as probably publicity gossips (especially those showing how cozy the two are enjoying time together filming and having fun at the same time in Thailand), and that she and Ekin has been good friends for almost 10 years now.

When asked about her thoughts about the supernatural (since the movie “Forest of Death” is a horror movie with a scientific click), Qi states that she believes that science and the supernatural can co-exist.

When reporters asked Chilam Cheung to name the 6 most important women in his life, Shu Qi was #3, whereas his current steady girlfriend Anita Yuen is only #6. Why is that? I have no idea right now and I intend to find out. I actually have no idea who Chilam Cheung is but he is supposedly famous (Chilam Cheung’s profile).

He’s quite cute though :)

Rumours (with matching “video evidence”) has it that Shu Qi and Lee Hom Wang spent 72 hours together at Shu Qi’s place. I’ve ran across fan forums and some die-hard Leehom fans commented that it was impossible for the man to be Leehom because Leehom is allergic to cats. In the paparazzi video, you’d be able to see that there seem to be a white cat and that the man supposedly with Shu Qi was holding the cat. So who’s it then — Chang Chen?

Boys and Girls and Cats and Hello Kitties - how exciting indeed. But Shu Qi’s a big girl and Lee Hom’s a big guy so let’s just let them be.

Fans are wondering what really is going on between Shu Qi and Lee Hom and would jump and get excited at the smallest hint of them being together.

An article and photos from the Apple Daily (below) shows that Shu Qi has the same mobile phone model as Lee Hom. Lee Hom is supposedly the official endorser for this Sony Ericsson mobile phone model. Shu Qi’s manager states that since K800i is a new phone model a lot of people would have it, including Shu Qi. Lee Hom’s manager denies that Lee Hom gave Shu Qi the mobile phone.

Shu Qi and Lee Hom Wang was spotted in Tokyo last April 26, shopping. Shu Qi’s spokesperson denied that the two went to Japan together, and stated that the two just bumped into each other and had a nice meal and did some shopping. We’re not sure if those in the photo are really them but what the heck if yes it is just nice to see them having fun.

PS. We heard that Lee Hom Wang is touted to play one of the lead role in Ang Lee’s upcoming movie “Lust, Caution”. Shu Qi is also touted to play one of the lead female roles but this is not confirmed yet. If so, are the news about Lee Hom and Shu Qi just an advance publicity for “Lust, Caution”? Oh, well - just my paranoid self.
